Community Support Instructor/Job Coach

*Community Support Instructor / Job Coach* Southwest Opportunities Center is looking for a driven individual that seeks to make a difference and effect positive change in their communities.
This job entails mentoring adults with disabilities; duties include assisting people in developing interpersonal and relationship skills, helping people gain skills and confidence to live and work independently, as well as helping people connect to others and become full members of their communities.
Previous experience working with people with disabilities is not required.

Human Service background a plus.
Willingness to work with a diverse population of adults with developmental disabilities.
Good communication skills needed.
Weekly Hours: 8-13, will work Fridays and potentially some Saturdays.
It might also be possible to pick up other weekdays when coverage is needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $12.
