They are responsible for leading and managing associates to provide exceptional customer service while managing all activities associated with the front and back end of the store.
Effective Store Managers are able to establish a positive, energetic work environment while maximizing productivity and profitability by improving sales and minimizing expenses.
They motivate others and help contribute to the growth and development of all associates by helping them to be successful.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include the following.

Direct- Direct all associates to ensure all customers are being helped and all functions are being performed.
Inventory- Ensures inventory levels are maintained to not miss sales.
Make sure we have the right product at the right time for sales, seasonal, and weather events.
Consistently adds new and relevant items to keep customers interested.
Coach- Coaches all associates to create an environment of customer service first using S.

Coaches all associates to excel in their job function.
Customer Service Ensure every customer is Amazed.
Resolve customer and employee complaints in a timely and positive manner.
Lead associate team to accomplish store tasks and goals.
Be proficient in all store technology (i.

, ACENET, POS system, Deputy, Eagle) Store Operations Supervises the general operations of the entire store.
Responsible for opening and closing the store.
Train, coach and observe associates using the basic S.

Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, and timely stocking of merchandise.
Communicate all required information to staff.
Support all associates in their job function.
Act as Order Coordinator on assigned days.
Responsible for effective, timely, and accurate placement of orders.
Financial Accountable for making sure sales are consistently increasing.
Assists in keeping expenses down to maintain a profitable store.
Can gather all appropriate financial data and share with staff.
Qualifications Positive and Energetic Personality Excellent customer service skills Strong leadership and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects and task with a high attention to detail.
Ability to lead, develop, and provide constructive feedback to others.
Knowledge of basic computer programs including MS Word and Excel Organizational and Time management Skills Decision Making Initiative Physical Demands The employee is required to stand for an extended period of time, walk, reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position that works some nights, weekends, holidays.
Must work a minimum of every other weekend.
Must be flexible to work other shifts when necessary.
Travel Limited travel between stores or to training events expected for this position.
Must attend monthly Manager Meetings.
Required Training and Experience High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a retail setting.
Store Operations Training, Customer Service and Leadership Training will be provided.
Salary Starting at $50,000/year based on knowledge, experience, and availability
